Pick Your 1. Scope of Service
Pick Your Card provides a client-side web utility and educational documentation to help sports card collectors and resellers format Excel and CSV spreadsheets for bulk upload via eBay Seller Hub Reports. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your card quantities, prices, condition descriptors, and shipping policies prior to publishing listings on eBay.
2. Compliance with Marketplace Rules
Users agree to comply with all applicable eBay User Agreements, Category 261328 listing policies, and eBay Standard Envelope shipping requirements. Pick Your Card is an independent formatting tool and does not access your eBay account or submit listings on your behalf.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Pick Your Card and all associated documentation are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. J and S Studio makes no warranty that exported CSV files will be free from user data entry errors or that eBay Inc. will not modify its Seller Hub File Exchange specification, fee rates, or postal rates in the future. In no event shall J and S Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this tool.

eBay, Topps, Bowman, Fanatics, Panini, Donruss, Prizm, and Upper Deck are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Pick Your Card and J and S Studio are completely independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. or any trading card manufacturer.
